The farm on the clay
Read Roclaytonycar slowly and an English place name appears in the middle: Clayton. It comes from Old English, clæg, clay, and tūn, a farm or an enclosure: the farm on the clay. Several villages in England still bear it.
Even the end has an English echo. In the north of England, a carr is a marshy wood, a word left there by the Vikings.
