Ovna'uesed is the only one of the 256 names with an apostrophe in the middle. Science fiction loves them: the Klingons of Star Trek call their homeworld Qo'noS, and the Vulcans are named T'Pol or T'Pau.
An apostrophe in a name is the shortest way to say: this is not from Earth.
In Ovna'uesed it also splits the name in two, as if the generator had paused to take a breath.
