Elkupalos's outlaws
Elkupalos has its pirate systems, as every galaxy has since the Outlaws update of April 2022: outlaws hold the station, the Sentinels keep away, and contraband sells openly. Elkupalos holds 23 documented pirate systems, 13% of the charted galaxy, and 17% were confirmed by a traveller who went there.
A traveller in trouble with the law can find shelter in an outlaw station, and a Forged Passport, shown at the core of a regulated station, restores the lost standing.
