Pirate systems in Hilbert
141 of the 1 317 documented star systems of Hilbert (11%) are held by pirates, with no faction law. 80 of them are confirmed by a traveller's survey.
Outlaws in Hilbert
Pirate-held systems arrived with the Outlaws update in April 2022. Their stations are run by outlaws, the Sentinels keep out of their space, and contraband trades freely. In Hilbert, 141 documented systems are in pirate hands, 11% of the charted galaxy, and 57% of them were confirmed by a traveller who went there.
An outlaw station is also where a wanted traveller can lie low, and a Forged Passport shown at the core of a regulated station later restores a lost reputation. The charts show where Hilbert's pirate systems gather: densest in Quadrant Delta, at 13% of its documented systems, with Louyen counting the most, 61. Hilbert ranks 13th of 21 galaxies by share of pirate systems.
Hilbert's back door is made of these systems.
