Awakenings
The birth system, the first steps, the chronicle's opening entry.
In 2026, « Arqugcan 🐣 » rises out of the chronicle: « Eoktiss », a yellow star with 6 worlds, 710 000 light-years from the core.
He names it « Capitole 🏷️ », in « Mocmone Quadrant 🏠🐾 », a blue sun, 660 000 light-years from the core. His first real mark on the chronicle.
Beyond the Cradle
What waited past the birth system: the path to the core, a wreck beyond the Atlas's reach, a derelict signal, a base grown from nothing.
Atlas Path
The main quest leading to the core of Euclid: Atlas Interfaces found and answered, one by one.
Time passed, more than a little. The Atlas stands in « Oicofee Sector », at a yellow star with 3 worlds around it. « Gusins ♦️ » holds no more mysteries after this.
The same instinct, acted on twice. He closes the Atlas Path knowing what waits ahead for other travelers: the same truth, told the same way.
Under a Rebel Star
The outlaw questline, at a wreck sitting beyond the Atlas's reach.
Then came something the record was not ready for. A pirate system does not look different from any other, not at first. It is only once he is inside it that the rules stop applying. A strange arrival, for a traveler with 184 pirate kills behind him.
The fleet answers from the freighter's bridge: 8 frigates, sent out on long errands and counted back in, every time.
Expanding the Base
Hiring the specialists who turn a landing site into a working base: overseer, scientist, weapons technician, farmer.
Everything after this reads against what came before. Reports come in from outposts the overseer tracks that he has never visited and likely never will. His own fieldwork rides alongside them: 1 518 species of flora, logged one scan at a time.
The same appetite, fed again. The last data set makes the trip up from the field, and the scientific research closes out complete.
Again, and for the same reasons. No announcement marks the range going active. Just upgraded systems, and a base a little harder to threaten.
He went back to what he had been doing. Irrigation lines snake between the new plots, fed from tanks he hauled up himself. The farm runs on work he cannot see anymore, only the results of.

Artemis Path
The search for Artemis and Apollo, recovered from the wreck of the story; Nada and Polo, keepers of the Nexus, guide what follows.
Something gave way. He remembers standing amidst the stars with no horizon to hold on to, and Artemis's voice arriving anyway, closer than the void should allow.
He was still at it. The chronicle adds two names that are not his own: Nada, Polo, and behind them, a room full of travelers he will not remember individually but will not forget entirely either.
Another entry in the same column. He uploads the soul of a Traveller into a Korvax simulation of a star system that does not exist anywhere real, so the voice on the Holo-Terminus has somewhere left to stand. He still does not know if that was a kindness or a sentence.
That habit had not finished with him. The chronicle is spare here, three short lines: a leap, a meeting, a pattern noticed. It does not try to explain what any of it means.
Purge
Sixteen glyphs entered, one fork reached, one ending chosen.
The same pursuit, another entry. The Purge looks, from outside its threshold, like any other bright anomaly on the scan. It is not, once he is inside it: fire that asks for a count, sixteen glyphs against sixteen more, and past all of it, a core that stops being theoretical the moment he is standing this close to it.
The theme did not let go. He cannot say, standing there, which journey he will take, only that the whole journey behind him, every system and name and silence, every glyph earned the hard way toward the core, has led to exactly this: a fork, worn ground on one side, blank ground on the other, and no one else to make the call for him.
One more turn of the same wheel. The chronicle is not usually sentimental about relics, but it makes an exception for this one, noting not just what Remembrance is but what it is said to hold: everything the traveler has ever known, kept safe from whatever the Purge burns away, and needing no further tending to keep it that way.
New Beginnings
What comes immediately after the fork: the journey that opens once the Purge is behind him.
It carried on from there. He steps back from the interface and into the dark he already has a feel for, leaving the fresh, unmarked galaxy exactly what it was before he saw it: someone else's journey.
Nearly a year later, « Nayarachk 🎯 » marks the point of closest approach, in « Nobrovo Void ».
Settlements
A frontier outpost claimed, named, and left to run on its own.
Then something else began. A colony stands in « Aopiap Adjunct 🏘️ »: « Rivaika-jour », 42 people under his care, the core 700 000 light-years behind them and nobody looking that way.
Off the Main Journey
What the save chronicle keeps outside any questline: names given, time passed, places returned to.
The shape of the log alters from here. « Thamber » stands in « Mocmone Quadrant », under a blue sky, [HUB-FR] Capitole 🏷️. 33 bases built by then, this the one that lasted.
The system held him a while longer. Something crossed his path and did not leave: a « cat ». autumn 2026, the chronicle says, though the « cat » kept no dates of its own.
Journey's End
The final tally the save file keeps: systems, regions, galaxies, days.
The old shape does not survive this. By the end, 105 systems, 50 regions, 2 galaxies logged, farther than five in ten of every journey on chronicle. 1 death along the way, more than four in ten of every traveler on file.
