Vy'keen space in Euclid
The Vy'keen are the warriors of the three races. Their monoliths speak of honour, combat and the ancestors, and of Hirk, who led them against the Sentinels; a traveller who solves one may walk away with a Vy'keen Effigy. In Euclid, 19 246 documented systems are ruled by the Vy'keen, 32% of all charted systems, and a traveller's survey confirmed 18% of them.
Since every journey starts in Euclid, many travellers meet their first Vy'keen here and learn the first words of their tongue at a station counter. The charts show where Vy'keen systems sit across the galaxy. Quadrant Alpha has the densest share, at 32% of its documented systems, and Widraik counts the most of any region, with 171.
Every traveller's first Vy'keen greeting sounds like a threat; in Euclid, most learn it is only a greeting.
