Ikgapa Expanse Region

About this Region

Ikgapa Expanse lies in Quadrant Delta Δ of Eissentam, 125 043 light years from the galactic core.

Three systems are on record here, Hebder XI, Dosomen and Fazele included. 616 systems make up this region, most of them still unvisited. The Explorers Guild holds the guild seats on the stations of this region. Red-hued first planets are unusually common here, 10 in all, more than in 99 % of the galaxy's regions. With just 48 radioactive first planets, the region sits in the bottom 4 % of the galaxy. The odd one out is Noakla-Brusa, a system with a gas giant and with a wealthy economy. Roughly one system in 890 looks like that. Rofjotnar Void lies next door, about 400 light years from here.

The name of this region, "Ikgapa Expanse", is generated based on its coordinates. It's an educated guess : probably close to the real name, but not guaranteed. It's an approximation, just what the engine thinks it might be.
