About this Region

Iuzone lies in Quadrant Alpha α of Doctinawyra, 3 274 light years from the galactic core.

This region is known to travelers through a single system: Ompenuus V. In all, 304 systems orbit within this region. The Explorers Guild holds the guild seats on the stations of this region. Poor economies are unusually common here, 94 in all, more than in 99 % of the galaxy's regions. Few regions have as few exotic first planets: one here. Laodic-Aflom stands apart, a system under pirate control and around a purple star. Only about one system in 330 matches. The next stop on the charts is Ozioji Instability, 3 960 light years out.

The name of this region, "Iuzone", is generated based on its coordinates. It's an educated guess : probably close to the real name, but not guaranteed. It's an approximation, just what the engine thinks it might be.
