A castle on the slope
Zosakasiro reads like Japanese, and hides a city: Osaka (大阪). Around it, saka (坂) is a slope, and siro is how the official Kunrei romanization writes shiro: the castle (城), or the colour white (白).
Osaka has its castle, and Zosakasiro has its siro.
