Yellow
Ooibekuar is the only name that starts with a double o. Ooi is a Chinese surname of Malaysia, the Hokkien reading of 黃, yellow, the same character as Huang in Mandarin and Wong in Cantonese, as in Wongquarum. Then bek, a Turkic lord.
