Muchans Void Region

About this Region

On the map of Euclid, Muchans Void sits in Quadrant Delta Δ, 707 357 light years out from the core.

Two systems have been charted here, among them Ipolar-Teo and Opstun-Egund VI. Station envoys here speak for the Merchants Guild. Space thins out here, 291 star systems in all, in the bottom 1 % of the galaxy. With just seven pirate-controlled systems, the region sits in the bottom 1 % of the galaxy. Explorers after something unusual should try Kouluk, a system left abandoned and with a barren first planet. About one system in 650 is like it. The closest known region is Siolan Expanse, 400 light years away.

The name of this region, "Muchans Void", is generated based on its coordinates. It's an educated guess : probably close to the real name, but not guaranteed. It's an approximation, just what the engine thinks it might be.
