Wiknap Cluster Region

About this Region

778 625 light years separate Wiknap Cluster from the core of Euclid, in Quadrant Delta Δ.

Travelers have logged two systems in this region, including Yondirfl XI and Iogradel II. 625 systems make up this region, most of them still unvisited. Expect to meet envoys of the Merchants Guild aboard its stations. Radioactive first planets are unusually common here, 83 in all, more than in 87 % of the galaxy's regions. Red-hued first planets are unusually common here, seven in all, more than in 86 % of the galaxy's regions. The odd one out is Nojuduppt, a system left abandoned and with a barren first planet. Roughly one system in 650 looks like that. Kawina lies next door, about 400 light years from here.

The name of this region, "Wiknap Cluster", is generated based on its coordinates. It's an educated guess : probably close to the real name, but not guaranteed. It's an approximation, just what the engine thinks it might be.
